After this period, cancellations will be subject to approval.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver your chocolates promptly and in perfect condition. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, while express delivery is available in select cities within 1–2 business days. Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹500, while a nominal fee of ₹50 applies to orders below this amount. In case of any issues such as lost or damaged items during transit, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Returns and Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you may request a return or refund within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that opened or partially consumed chocolates are not eligible for returns.
